The shown rates are understood to be per room, per night, for selected dates and shown number of people.

The shown rates do not include personal expenses like telephone, breakfasts, bar consumption, etc; and the rates do not include local tax (Taxe de Sejour). All personal expenses will be charged upon Check-Out.

Full payment is required on Check-In. Extra expenses required to be paid on Check-Out.

The customer is expected to leave the room in the same way it was received. In case of damages or missing object, the customer will be charged for them.

It is forbidden to smoke in a non-smoking room. If the customer does, he will be charged for the dry-cleaning of curtains, bed covers, blankets, pillows, etc.

It is forbidden to use the sink or shower for washing clothes, towels, dishes, fruits and vegetables. If the customer does, he will be charged for the plumber services.

Pets are allowed only in selected rooms and deposit will be required to cover for unexpected damages. Please note, the pet is not allowed to sleep on the bed.

  For any reservation, we request credit card number with expiration date for prepayment or deposit. Also reservation can be done with wire transfer or check.

Your reservation is guaranteed only after prepayment according to the condition of reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse your reservation in case your credit card number or payment is not validated by the bank.

Your reservation is guaranteed with the rate and conditions shown for that period.

In case of date change, the rate might be different according to current rates.

If you arrive late, your reservation will still be guaranteed: for the complete number of days in case of full payment. In case of partial payment, your reservation will be guaranteed only for the prepaid days, unless the Hotel is notified in advance.

One Night Reservation:
Your credit card will be charged on the moment of reservation for the full amount according to the rates on the period of your stay. In case of bank transfer, you will be billed and your reservation will be guaranteed only upon the reception of payment.

Two Nights and More Reservation:
Your credit card will be charged for 50% of the total amount of your stay. The rest of the amount should be paid at the Check-In. The same condition applies for bank transfer or check.

Any cancellation more than 7 days before arrival will not have penalty; except reservations for the Film Festival and special packages.

Cancellations for the Film Festival and special packages will be penalized with 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Any cancellation with less than 7 days before arrival will be penalized with 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation of reservations for 1 or 2 night stay will be penalized with the price of 1 night stay.

Cancellation of reservation full prepaid, the money will be returned after the deduction of the penalty. Your refund will be done only upon written request (maximum 60 days after expected arrival).

In case of no-show, the penalty of 100% will be applied from the total prepaid amount.
 
     
  Reservation Change - Back to the top  
 
Extension is possible according to availability.

In case of extension of stay in the Hotel, the customer will pay in advance for the extra days.

In case of reduction of stay in the Hotel, the customer will be penalized with the 30% of the days reduced.

To avoid reservation change penalty, the customer has to notify the Hotel 7 days before arrival.
